C & E Publishing, Inc. held a seminar-workshop on curriculum-compliant strategies in the teaching of English at the Gallaga Theater of the University of St. La Salle in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental last October 3, 2015.
Around 50 teachers of English from the member-schools of the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports Cultural Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) participated in the activity. Redentor Lebantino, editor and co-author of C & E’s English textbook series, Voyagers, discussed the Department of Education guidelines on the core subject and the recommended strategies in the delivery of reading, language, grammar, and writing lessons.
